There was a question during this week’s lecture about the exam, specifically about which parts of the unit are considered “Essentials” and which are “Advanced.” I wanted to answer this here so everyone is informed.
本周的讲座上，有人问了关于考试的问题，具体是关于本单元哪些部分是“必备”内容，哪些部分是“高级”内容。我想在这里回答这个问题，以便让大家了解情况。
Your exam will have two sections: “Essentials” and “Advanced.” The Essentials section covers content from Weeks 1 to 7, while the Advanced section covers topics from Weeks 8 to 12. Week 13 is for revision. Please note that although Lab 7 takes place in Week 8, it is still considered part of the Essentials. Also, some Advanced questions on the exam may include elements from the Essentials, but all Essentials questions will only cover Essentials content.
